For the past six months I had to throw away chicken fillers, frozen chicken minis as well as mince ...the products smell as if its off once you start cooking and I have had diarrhea on numerous occasions due to this. There fruit are also not fresh...it goes off and turn brown on the outside...bananas but and on the inside blue. Their naartjies also lasts 2 days begore it starts going off...same with their lettuce and cucumbers. The Consumer Protwction needs to seriously liok at the quality if Checkers chicken, frozen goods, meat, fruit and vegetables as it seems as if they buy in bulk, and keep in storage forever, then sell to the consumers.
I've been ordering from Checkers sixty sixty for years. The qualiry products I have been ordering over the past year has increasingly declined to extreme poor quality goods...either rotten patois in the bag, cotton chicken breast (i opened x 2 a week ago). Tje delivery drivers are all foreigners, dirty and unkempt. I have seen drivers pulling over, urinating and still handling our goods without washing their hands...disgusting. These foreign drivers are also extremely ill mannered and does not greet. An organization's survival depends on quality of goods (not what i have been receiving lately) and customer service.Checkers sixty sixty needs to change their drivers, they should look presentable and change their poor quality of goods they send out to consumers
Worst customer service. They dont respond via WhatsApp or telephone. I told them via WhatsApp that I need my goods by 24 December, but no response...delay upon delay. My parcel is in transit for 7 days...terrible customer service and service delivery. This is my tracking number BUFZA7NM03272LKYQ
I bought a Family feast meal last night, 26th March 2025. The chicken tasted as if it was made in bulk the day before or that morning with no cruch to the batter, and chicken tasted and smelt off. This is disgusting and not the first time that I have encountered bad food quality and terrible customer service whereby all the staff do is chat, laugh and scream at each other. You need yo provide customer service training to your staff. In particular face yo face customer service and you need to improve on your quality of food...sies, disgusting family feast I received.
I purchased a set of suitcases. When I received it, I discovered it was below inferior and the large suitcase has a defect. I then contacted Makro online and via call Cenyre to return product and regund me as this wouldn't even last one trip in the airport baggage handing. I purchased it for my daughter that travels at least x 2 month. The only response I have had from Makro is that they will assess the case and revert yo me. My question, why assess a return even without looking at it? Surely it's my right as a Consumer to return inferior products? It is difficult to get hold of a Manager and as such I have had no proper feedback or even a phone call. I need them to collect this disgusting inferior product and tegund me without any hassle
I ordered items 3 weeks ago, paid a courier fee of R45.00. Half of the items were delivered two weeks later. It is the most traumatic experience yo go to Dept Home Affairs Uitenhage. The same thing happened 2 years ago when I app**** for my ID whereby they disregard booking and appointments, give you a number and make you wait up to 4 hours at a time. I'm only collecting my Smart ID now as I thought with the latest changes their service delivery and rude attitudes at that office would change. It is now 16h10, my appointment was for 14h00 to 15h00, I arrived at 14h00...and still waiting.....
I've been posting over the years about Mr Price Greenacres' atrocious customer service and disrespect from staff to their clients. I actually stopped shopping there. Unfortunately they only have the items in stock in tjis store now and I am forced to deal eith them again I am on the line now for 30 min wirh mot as much as can I call you back. They ate looking for 3 items. Unlike the other branches, they deem this behaviour okay instead of just looking for items on their system like other branches....unacceptable service

I've been trying to get hold of Mweb for over a year. I've left messages and no luck. Their app does not work and I can never log into my account. When I phone and hang on for ages...I get cut off. They have increased my monthly subs year on year over the 2 years without unforming me.The product is much more than what they are advertising.
