Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Incomplete Order – Order No: 1313
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor service I received from KFC Botshabelo on 20 June 2025.
I placed an order (Order No: 1313) and was made to wait more than an hour before it was ready. To make matters worse, some items from my order were missing. Specifically, the chips and the cold drink were not included. I had to return to the store to collect the missing chips, only to find that the cold drink was still not included.
Even after following up again, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the cold drink to be brought to where I was, which caused a significant inconvenience. This level of service is highly disappointing and unacceptable for a reputable brand like KFC.
I expect better customer service, efficiency, and attention to detail when it comes to fulfilling orders. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and appropriate action will be taken to prevent such issues in the future.
I would appreciate a response and a form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.
