Rotten chicken

Iam so dissappointed in KFC, fewonths back I sent a complaint/concern regarding the servoces we received from Makhado KFC, we bought a 5 piece meal only to find out that the chicken was bad, had fawl smell but due to us not staying in the area we couldnt return it but Instead we laid a complaint as we were concern about the issue but to this day nothing was done or is it because the complaint was made bu black people and so furious KFC
