Utter bull**** excuse from Markhams Elim mall and pay joy agents
I recently bought a phone from Markhams in Elim mall via payjoy and I must say Iam not happy at all, the phone they gave me was on the display amd they didnt even bother to let me know that it was a display phone and secondly it doesnt have some of thr acceccories that usually come with a new phone, when I went back to the store was to the store to return it I was told that the phone is just as good as new but to be honest Iam not happy with it and I havent used it, I want a brand new phone from the sealed box not a phone from the display. Because at theend of the day I will be paying for that phone, Bash and pay joy please fix this mess I want a brand new phone not a phone from the display with missing accessories😤😡

Total bull**** store
worst service and absolutely ridiculous customer service, The fix at Elim mall is the worst TFG store I have come across, the employees has no empathy for customers and it will 20 minutes for the next customer to be assisted because employees are always entertaining themselves with chit chat loud music and has no absolute care for customers especially the dark short guy he is the worst, I went to the store for my refund and esch time I was told there is no money, it's been 2 weeks since I wanted a refund and each time I visit the store I get the same excuse, I think the store needs to replace their stuff with better individuals, I'm so disappointed anf disgusted by the whole situation.

Checkers dide dirty
Checkers Makhodo Mall did me dirty onthe 29 August 2025 I went to buy some groceries including super sun maize meal 5kg on the 1 September when I opened the maze meal I almost collapsed, the maize meal was full of worms and what looked like strings but the BB date is Dec 2025, Iam so disappointed and what makes matters worse is I have already threw away the slip, my hard earned money went down the drain. checkers you did me dirty shame😫😡😫😡😡

Stupid Lukhona
I contacted Hollywoods regarding a concern that someone is usingy ID NO without my knowledge or concern and I was told the issue was resolved, then months later I wanted to open Hollywood bets account but still my ID No already existed in their system so I didnt understand then I sent an email for me to assisted by stupid Lukhona who could'nt assist Iam not sure how if the person knows what is required of them to do or s/he is pure stupid, Iam really furious I want this whole thing to be solved ASAP

Rotten chicken
Iam so dissappointed in KFC, fewonths back I sent a complaint/concern regarding the servoces we received from Makhado KFC, we bought a 5 piece meal only to find out that the chicken was bad, had fawl smell but due to us not staying in the area we couldnt return it but Instead we laid a complaint as we were concern about the issue but to this day nothing was done or is it because the complaint was made bu black people and so furious KFC

Hollywood bets is a **** amd *****ster, I have never registered to open an account with them but recently when I tried for the first time I get an error massage that states that my Identity number already exist, which simply means they allow people to still our identity so that they can gain more customers, I'm so ****en livid I want my ID Number removed from your system!! Bad quality
I recenty bought utility pants and only worn twice but already the material is a see through and the stitching is not quality as we speak, the pants are starting to be torn, it's a pity I have already threw away the receipt, The FIX you can do better, I'm so disappointed and regret buying the pants

Last month I went to cash crusaders in Wonderpark mall to pawn my laptop and weeks later I went back to get it back only to find out that they have swapped my original charger and gave me an old charger and its not charging and it was not for the first time they did that with my phone charger,cash crusaders is a bunch of ****** who take advantage of their customers and ***** from them, I'm really ****ed,you are ****mers,you ***** from your customers,I demand an explanation of what happened to my charger and I want it replaced !

I'm so ****ed with cash crusaders in Wonderpark mall last month I pawned my laptop (with original charger) and a few weeks later I went to retrieve it only to find that they have swapped my new laptop charger with an old charger and it's not charging, this was not the first time the last they stole my phone charger and gave me ******* excuses ,This is bull**** cash crusaders are a bunch of ******,what Am I supposed to do with that charger,we trust you with our valuable goods yet you take advantage of your customers ,you ****med me and stole my new charger, I'm Sooo 😡😠😡
