I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at KFC. I ordered a 21-piece bucket, but when I opened it, there were only 16 pieces inside — and not a single drumstick. Every piece was just breast meat, which made the meal very unpleasant.
I called the store to report the issue, and while they acknowledged their mistake and asked me to come collect the missing pieces, it’s quite inconvenient for me since that means spending more money on transport to fix an error that wasn’t mine.
I appreciate that they took responsibility, but I truly hope KFC improves its quality checks and ensures customers get exactly what they pay for — especially for orders as big as this.
