I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at KFC. I ordered a 21-piece bucket, but when I opened it, there were only 16 pieces inside — and not a single drumstick. Every piece was just breast meat, which made the meal very unpleasant. I called the store to report the issue, and while they acknowledged their mistake and asked me to come collect the missing pieces, it’s quite inconvenient for me since that means spending more money on transport to fix an error that wasn’t mine. I appreciate that they took responsibility, but I truly hope KFC improves its quality checks and ensures customers get exactly what they pay for — especially for orders as big as this.

It is really disheartening to be served something you didn't order. It is the second time now that I go to the KFC at Protea Glen Mall. Order a bucket for one. Specify which piece of meat I would like and they do not honour my order. I've ordered bucket for one with thigh twice and twice I've gotten a drumstick. It's really not nice

I asked for a drumstick on the note, and instructions were not followed because I don’t even eat chicken breast. This is not the first time this happens. On the order there was no napkin or even sauce.

Poor Service I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service received at your KFC Protea Point branch. I placed an order under reference number siphiwe1230525 and sent my daughter to collect and pay for it. Unfortunately, the staff handled the situation very poorly. Despite my daughter not being in a vehicle, she was directed to the drive-thru section, then told to pay inside, and subsequently redirected back to the drive-thru again. This back-and-forth treatment was not only confusing but also inconsiderate — it felt like she was being treated like a "ping pong ball" rather than a valued customer. To make matters worse, I attempted to contact the branch at 011 980 0816 eleven times, but received no answer. I then contacted KFC Customer Care, who simply referred me back to the same unresponsive number. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I would appreciate a formal response regarding how this matter will be addressed. Kindly ensure this is escalated and action is taken to prevent future incidents. I look forward to your urgent response.

On the 17/02/2025 (19:07pm) (order 538)i went KFC Protea Point to get streetwise feast and the way my head was not there i just took the meal and left the drive through not sure if i heard them calling me but went to get fries on the other franchise as i was waiting for my order a nice lady came running in the rain carrying my 2 cold drinks that i had forgotten and i felt ashamed as it was raining and she took her time to trace me i wanna send a HUGE THANK YOU MY SISTER may good things come your way the franchise should be proud to have you on their team ,other shops would have just left it and be like he will come back (Apologies i didn't take her name)
