On the 07\10\2025 (8am) i went to Protea Glen mall Pick n Pay to get fat cakes we stood there for over 15min while people were chatting with freinds with zdero service until this short guy came across but was busy filling the warmers with water to keep the food warm i ordered 7 fat cakes from him and was nice enough to explain what his currently busy with and referred the other lady who was standing to come assist as she came there her friend came there and they started talking leaving me hanging again then the friend started ordering before me yet she found me there when i told her i was there before the lady she just looked at me and continued gossiping so now i need to understand how do you guys define customer service and whose priority the customer or do we have to have people we know to get service in the shop some staff training is needed for customer service
Its been over 8 months they have been debiting my account 103252135 ,I purchased the router and it never worked the was no sim cards and the Technician didn't know what he was doing he was just a delivery person and I've called several times then i was told to bring it to Randburg around Nov 2024 which i did and was told they will cancel the subscription which that wasn't done as they still debiting and my funeral policies have lapsed all coz of your ******** debiting
On the 17/02/2025 (19:07pm) (order 538)i went KFC Protea Point to get streetwise feast and the way my head was not there i just took the meal and left the drive through not sure if i heard them calling me but went to get fries on the other franchise as i was waiting for my order a nice lady came running in the rain carrying my 2 cold drinks that i had forgotten and i felt ashamed as it was raining and she took her time to trace me i wanna send a HUGE THANK YOU MY SISTER may good things come your way the franchise should be proud to have you on their team ,other shops would have just left it and be like he will come back (Apologies i didn't take her name)
We bought couches and a dinning room set we enjoyed the comfort and service when we were in the purchasing stages sales was helpful from the store up until we recently started experiencing couches started having some black stains and we went to the shop got the polish for the couches that didn't even do anything then went to speak to the manager at Cresta also that wasn't helpful as now they have the money they playing catch the mouse as now im being pushed from the shop to the head office ive never even received any positive feeback from the shop or head office i honestly regret having a relationship with TRUEWOOD i should have just gone to any shop got the couches I'm sure i wouldn't even been on this trauma now I'm even scare to have people around coz of the couches have started showing me flames I'm even at the point of returning everything i got from you and get my refund the service needs some serious skills you playing with peoples emotion your customer focus is ZERO your more concern about making the money
Good day I bought a phone 2 years ago a Premio X86 and last year around June\July the phone had issues with the speaker and slowness of the software they done a replacement of the whole phone now the phone is falling apart on its own and its even switching off i went to one of Ackerman's shop (Southgate) and was told the phone is out of warranty yet when they done a phone swop i wasn't told that warranty is being continued on my side new phone new warranty it’s not even a year the phone is already falling apart what quality is that phone and how come i have the same issues phone speaker and slowness the new one on this phone its switching off on its own, also how come it wasn’t explained that the warranty is continuing on the old phone i wouldn’t have waisted my time taking a day off work coming to the shop to be told no they can’t help, also the biggest fall out of the phone it switched off during the interview I couldn’t join the session as the phone kept looping also during normal calls some days the phone would remain blank yet the is an incoming call and people think im avoiding them yet it’s the phone brand im honestly tired of going back and forth, also the is someone closing the call by the name of 2672250 Phathiswa Gumenge please advise if possible is the away forward except burning the device..
i called earlier on the 03/08/2023 at Mr price Wonder park and spoke to a teller\store employee asking about a bag (P100645354) and was told they have stock 28 in total i drove the wife there and to our surprise we were greeted by the store manager(she) who was extremely Rude telling us the bags are finished and they never had stock when we asked the stuff on the floor we were told the bags they do have but don't wanna get into trouble with their manager the fear in their eyes we wanted to confront her but feared people will loose their jobs over a bag please can someone do a store visit and find out the stuff treatment the fear they have is not a healthy one, also customer service training for the manager is a must have as a min Qualification
i was stuck on a freeway on the 23/01/2023 from 7pm -9pm travelling with a child in a car and the towing truck(DNR Towing) that was dispatched to assist me never arrived and when i logged a complain that i wasn't assisted till today when i ask for any feedback they keep sending me from pillar to post showing they don't care about their clients and yet they quick to Debit ive spoken to the below users Hlithana,V. The service I got from I'm an MTN consultant at Maponya I was honestly pleased I'm sorry I forgot her name but was wearing a white Duk and was a lady I went to 3different stores and they told me my number was on the watchlist I need to send an email to MTN customer care or phone 135 but with her she was my wonder women she took my documents and scanned them not sure where she sent them but the following day she was honestly friendly and was clued up about my issue,I was up an running the following day we need more of her in Soweto she deserved 5star rating from me
BRANCH - Protea Glen Mall If I could rate 0 or a minus, I would! Absolutely terrible service. I went to sort out my banking profile on the 19 Dec and the Que was slow the branch wasn't full yet it took me 3 hours just to get inside and then I had to wait an extra 30 Min just to be assisted, Then when i got home to test if I'm able to link my app to the my account next thing my profile was suspended ,on the 20 Dec I went in again to the Branch again it took forever just to get in +3hours and the were pensioners outside that were told to stand in that long line and to my surprise freinds were walking in the branch and the stuff mall was walking in without queing no one cared we've been standing outside for over 3hours the only person we saw was the security that ended up running inside as he saw PPL are impatient now I wonder where was the branch manager sleeping I was made to wait for an hour to not even get helped. All the employees helps one client and instead of calling the next customer, they sit and relax! Horrible experience from Nedbank!!!
I'm not very happy with the service at Protea Glen Mall I bought to on the double pizza both were RAW and on the sour rib you could swear someone was counting the ribs it was less than 7 pieces 😭😢waste of money you can literally taste the pizza dough when i was told i woulld wait 25min i agreed coz i was avoiding this and now i get home to my family with a raw pizza thinking we gonna have a lovely dinner and everyone spirit was down # it was order number 303
