Poor Service I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service received at your KFC Protea Point branch. I placed an order under reference number siphiwe1230525 and sent my daughter to collect and pay for it. Unfortunately, the staff handled the situation very poorly. Despite my daughter not being in a vehicle, she was directed to the drive-thru section, then told to pay inside, and subsequently redirected back to the drive-thru again. This back-and-forth treatment was not only confusing but also inconsiderate — it felt like she was being treated like a "ping pong ball" rather than a valued customer. To make matters worse, I attempted to contact the branch at 011 980 0816 eleven times, but received no answer. I then contacted KFC Customer Care, who simply referred me back to the same unresponsive number.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I would appreciate a formal response regarding how this matter will be addressed. Kindly ensure this is escalated and action is taken to prevent future incidents.
