Such a poor service from Webafrica, all agents in billing cannot answer question as to why my services were disconnected prior to my debit order date. I been transferred to one agent to another. The whatsapp chat was made to be easier for customers however Webafrica has lost its relationships with its customers and could care less how they feel.
Poor Service I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service received at your KFC Protea Point branch. I placed an order under reference number siphiwe1230525 and sent my daughter to collect and pay for it. Unfortunately, the staff handled the situation very poorly. Despite my daughter not being in a vehicle, she was directed to the drive-thru section, then told to pay inside, and subsequently redirected back to the drive-thru again. This back-and-forth treatment was not only confusing but also inconsiderate — it felt like she was being treated like a "ping pong ball" rather than a valued customer. To make matters worse, I attempted to contact the branch at 011 980 0816 eleven times, but received no answer. I then contacted KFC Customer Care, who simply referred me back to the same unresponsive number. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I would appreciate a formal response regarding how this matter will be addressed. Kindly ensure this is escalated and action is taken to prevent future incidents. I look forward to your urgent response.
Your pricing are now ridiculous!! How can you charge R25 extra on an order and then expect us to tip the driver, Never! your rates do not specify if prices exclude vat. I need a cost break down of an order I placed Urgently!
The most poorest service ever experienced. Niel Schoeman why is the organization having technicians who are not lazy but full of lies? providing incorrect information, installing incorrectly. Please do not give an excuse of me calling my ISP as i was purely dealing with Vumatel technician onsite who was ecalated to attend to the issue as per normal process. his name is Luyanda ref: 00178684 . I have been down with no connection till today but you expect my ISP to pay you with no delays!! and then you expect that I pay my ISP without delays. Talking about best effort service, I will give my money to company that puts extra effort.
I have ordered my fibre with them last year December, they came to install and said they will come back. Till this day no response. I tried contacting them for the past 8 days using their live chat no response. I'm still waiting on the live chat. Maybe they will respond after the elections. tried calling their number does go through. Their service is disgusting to the highest level but when it comes to debiting money they are very quick!!
Company never rendered me with any service yet they debit my money. Sent mail to their cancellations team no response, no response from their billing and credit department. False contact numbers displayed on the website.
Extremely horrible business. They say we must support black enterprises but the service to the extreme levels of poor. I cannot begin to comment abour the manager who was very rude did not know what law he should comply with. He license to sell alcohol should be confiscated. I dont even want to talk about securities who lack service training. Poor management, lack of service training, failed to comply with state law. All they did was advise me to go to police sration because they have the right to speak to me as they please nt considering CPA clause . i urge anyone going to soweto not to visit that place.
