Driver Cancelled
I was charged twice for a trip, that the driver cancelled and the money has not been returned.

Not following instructions.
I asked for a drumstick on the note, and instructions were not followed because I don’t even eat chicken breast. This is not the first time this happens. On the order there was no napkin or even sauce.

Poor Service
I asked and paid for extra basting but the food is dry. Why did I pay for extra basing if I’m not going to get it.
