Placed an online order with KFC Springs Mall on January 15th, I received a sms stating that they received my order with order number. Received a 2nd sms stating "oh no the chicken didn't cross the road and they had to cancel my order with order number, received a 3rd sms stating your refund order number has been initiated and it may take 7 to 14 working days to reflect depending on bank" up till now "Feb 3rd" I have received no refund I have e~mailed them and nobody even bother to reply, I will never again place a online order or even buy from any KFC ever again, and believe me when I say I am telling all my friends & family about the experience I have had with KFC.
