MTN is ripping people off with this month to month contract. On JAN 2026 my debit order did not go through. I went and paid the amm for my month to month wifi contract in store, however the money went missing because they can't find the money allocated to my account even when I showed them proof of payment. I have a set debit order that is due on my month to month contract for a SET AMOUNT. Last month they billed me over the set debit order amount with this being the 2nd time it happened I tried to cancel my contract, long story I was informed this is not how it works. I must cancel a month in advance and then return the router when my month is up. So I gave the month notice that I'm canceling my month to month contract so this then should have been the last month and they should not have taken any money from my account this month, because the deposit you pay upfront covers the cancelation month. Keep this in the back of your mind my wifi should have been running untill the end of the month imagine my suprize when one morning in the middle of the month my wifi is suddenly not working. After 3 days talking to robots and trying your best to speak to a agent finally I reached a real person! I explained the situation to her and she informed me that there must be a mistake that my wifi should not have been disconnected until the last day of the month and also that there is no arrears or outstanding money so she tried to help with the reset on her side she informed me that the reset was done on her side I must switch off the router wait 2 ~ 5 min then turn on... Quess what nothing happened for more than a week now I've talked to agents talking in circles every one with a different solution however they all agree my account is up to date. I'm without service which I have paid for upfront & STILL THEY ARE *****ING MONEY FROM SENIOR CITIZENS are YOU not ashamed MTN? Went through this process a week now, now I have just given up and made peace with the fact that they are just as ******* as the whole of South Africa's big shots. However SUPRIZE SUPRIZE not only did they suspended my wifi before the months end, but they again took money out my account via debit order and again the amount they took was even more than previous months. So I went to the MTN shop @ Springs Mall, to return the router an enquire why are they still taking money from my account for a contract which I have cancelled last month already? The rude arrogant asshat that was working behind the counter did not even look like he knew what he was doing and when you try to explain the situation he gets impatient and starts getting even more rude, while other personnel was not even trying to help NOOO they were standing & sitting in the shop on their cellphones is this what we pay for? One of the ladies who was in line before me said he is so unhelpful, rude & arrogant as can be she has been trying to cancel a contract which was on her late husband that past away 2 years already, and still they give her the run around. Another lady also in the store complained that she have canceled her contract and is now trying to return the router see that I wrote trying... Yes people she is trying to return the router and they are refusing to take it and take note of this now they can't accept the router because if it gets ****** in the store they will be held accountable. No no no MTN with me being a senior citizen like the 2 ladies that was in the store with me do they think we are DOM. Be careful when taking out a month to month contract with MTN they take advantage of not only senior citizens but every one who walks in their store they are quick to sell you their products but then they rip you off
Wow great service received from DHL head office. I had a problem with a store that runs as DHL 3@1 Selcourt Towers Springs. I submitted a review under the impression that the 3@1 store carrying the DHL logo had to be directly affiliated with DHL., DHL immediately contacted me and explained & discussed everything with me and immediately took action regarding my experience with 3@1 store at Selcourt Towers. Wish more companies could be as helpful and on point with feedback. Thank you DHL we need more companies like you.
Visited DHL retail outlet 3@1 business center at Selcourt Towers Mall what a disappointment I wanted to have 47 prints done black & white of which was about 7 colour I asked a price and they told me they will give me a price in a bit, after a huge struggle with my usb stick they stared printing it seemed that they had trouble with one of the printers so they used another printer which I think was meant for very large prints so they tried to cut every print to size which not only resulted in uneven pages, but pages that should have been portrait coming out landscape & vise versa. I waited in store for over a a hour and a half just to have my prints done & be disappointed when I arrived home and saw the disaster, and when it came to payment it was a whopping R500 this while I was still waiting for the price I asked how much the prints will cost so needles to say I contacted my usual printer shop which I shall not name @ springs mall and they informed me that they would have only charged me a total for all my prints black & white + colour prints R176 notice the difference in price??? Next time I will rather drive that extra couple of km's and have my prints done professionally, fast and not break my bank or be disappointed with the unprofessional service
Visited Pick & Pay Sherwood Gardens Brakpan on 17 Aug while on my way home to Springs bought a packet of Chicken. I was so discusted when I opened the packet just to smell the most rotten smell ever!!! The sell by date shows 21/08/2025. I will tell all my friends not to buy meat there because their meat is rotten TXN37485 STORE2616
Placed an order at Roman's online made online payment with my husband's card and it declined the transaction, placed another order with my card again online and it showed in my account that the payment to Roman's was successful along with a sms notification from my bank showing transaction successfull. After a while with the Pizza not arriving I called the store and they informed me that my payment was unsuccessful and that they cancelled the order, no matter how I tried to explain that it shows in my account that the payment was successful and that I have received a sms stating the fact they still argued that the payment did not go through to them I asked to speak to a manager and that could not even solve the problem. I placed another order and requested to pay via card on delivery with the time for the estimated delivery no way past what they said I logged on to the app and saw that they again canceled my order! Even though I received a reference number for the order. I advise people to not pay online as this is not the first time this has happened to me with Roman's I will not support them they are not worth the time or frustration they cause. What was suppose to be convenient they turned into a frustrating & exhausting experience vs causing me airtime to phone them twice with no solution. I have contacted my bank and they said that I must contact the ***** Dept. On Monday so they can reverse the payment made to Roman's pizza I hope that I will be able to even get my money back!!!
If I could I would have given KFC Springs Mall a minus 10!! This is the 2nd time that I experienced the same horrible service from them. You would think that after so many bad reviews management would have taken some action. They accept your order online stating they have located a driver for the delivery, just to wait 15 or 20 minutes later to send you a sms stating "your order could not be completed because they have no drivers!!! 😡 The 1st time the refunded me after 7 calls and many e~mails. This time same story if you contact them they just reply with a sms link asking to rate their service and the agent who assisted you!!! 😡 what agent??? What service?? So fed up with poor service delivery in this country and if you go to the store the get arrogant saying I must mail customer complaints division
Ordered online a couple of times elcellent service. Pizza is slways delicious and hot when it arrives at your home. They keep you updated with your order and they stick to the delivery time with a few minutes over or under the delivery time. High 5 Roman's Selcourt
Placed an online order with KFC Springs Mall on January 15th, I received a sms stating that they received my order with order number. Received a 2nd sms stating "oh no the chicken didn't cross the road and they had to cancel my order with order number, received a 3rd sms stating your refund order number has been initiated and it may take 7 to 14 working days to reflect depending on bank" up till now "Feb 3rd" I have received no refund I have e~mailed them and nobody even bother to reply, I will never again place a online order or even buy from any KFC ever again, and believe me when I say I am telling all my friends & family about the experience I have had with KFC.
The online chat service SUCKS they take forever to redirect you to a service advisor sometimes the message does not come through immediately and they end the chat. Went to local FNB Springs Mall and they just tell you to do it on the app they are so unwilling to assist you it is the most horrible service I have experienced in a long time. Trying to get your credit card delivered if you follow up via the app you get a sms stating takealot will deliver the card with a date and you wait the whole day and no one shows up fed up with FNB CUSTOMER SERVICE
Springs Post Office Selcourt, and Selcourt Towers. Rude is an understatement they think they are doing you a great favour by just helping you 😡 after they finished being on their phones while you wait in front of the window, and when you come back with documents needed not even 5 mins later they are suddenly offline. Checked Google reviews and apparently I'm not the only one that experienced this horrible rude service
