If I could I would have given KFC Springs Mall a minus 10!! This is the 2nd time that I experienced the same horrible service from them. You would think that after so many bad reviews management would have taken some action. They accept your order online stating they have located a driver for the delivery, just to wait 15 or 20 minutes later to send you a sms stating "your order could not be completed because they have no drivers!!! 😡 The 1st time the refunded me after 7 calls and many e~mails. This time same story if you contact them they just reply with a sms link asking to rate their service and the agent who assisted you!!! 😡 what agent??? What service?? So fed up with poor service delivery in this country and if you go to the store the get arrogant saying I must mail customer complaints division
