KfC wilro park... I'm extremely disappointed in the sequence of events at your establishment.... Firstly I ordered on their self service terminal, next no receipt came out because your system had issues... but the transaction was successful from my banking app. I waited in the queue for over 30 minutes until one of your employees attented to me... she was friendly and she conduct herself as should be expected. She consulted her manager, who then advised she honour my order however post the fact the client service was terrible... I ordered a box master (normal) with streetwise 3. But when I get home I find a streetwise 3 with a wrap. I feel the service was just done to get me out of the establishment as quick as possible without my needs being met. For that I'm laying a complaint and would like you to pay attention to the matter before other clients experience the same thing. Definitely disappointed in with service I received
