KfC wilro park... I'm extremely disappointed in the sequence of events at your establishment.... Firstly I ordered on their self service terminal, next no receipt came out because your system had issues... but the transaction was successful from my banking app. I waited in the queue for over 30 minutes until one of your employees attented to me... she was friendly and she conduct herself as should be expected. She consulted her manager, who then advised she honour my order however post the fact the client service was terrible... I ordered a box master (normal) with streetwise 3. But when I get home I find a streetwise 3 with a wrap. I feel the service was just done to get me out of the establishment as quick as possible without my needs being met. For that I'm laying a complaint and would like you to pay attention to the matter before other clients experience the same thing. Definitely disappointed in with service I received

We waited for more than an hour for our food. Staff kept walking away when we wanted to ask what was going on. Kept changing the reason for delay and overall rude and obnoxious staff

Went to buy a KFC Family meal 10 piece at KFC Westgate Mall on 29.11.2024. Horrible experiance. Had to wait for more than an hour. At first they said they don't have wings. They later on I discovered that they didn't have coleslaw and decided to replace it with mash WITHOUT even asking me. Staff was extremely rude and had to make a scene to get my order fulfilled. Pathetic service. Will never set foot there EVER AGAIN

I was very disappointed today. I ordered via the drive thru, streetwise 3, but because I was rushing I didn't check to see if my order was correct. When I got home,I found only 2 pieces. I called and drove back,when I got there,guy who was serving me was denying that he made a mistake, was not apologetic about what he did. His manager tried to show him that he was wrong, but he insisted that he was right. When he was giving me my food again, he practically threw it at me,and added another drumstick. I have never had a streetwise 3 with 2 drumsticks! This was very disappointing to say the least.

Good day The food was damaged when it arrived, it was not packaged properly and the mash had fallen out and messed everything also you forgot to send my wings that was part of the order. Kind regards Natalie T

I was very disappointed with the snack burgers we received. The quality was subpar, with an evident lack of sauce and lettuce. This left the burgers dry and unappetizing. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

The Chicken and Chips was so cold. The coleslaw did not taste nice at all. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. At this point I don’t want to eat Chicken or chips honestly, I still have that bad Taste in my mouth
