Telkom – Paid Up Account Still Listed on Experian & No Response From Support. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service and response from Telkom regarding a matter that should have been resolved by now. I have made multiple follow-ups and phone calls to Telkom, yet I have received no feedback or assistance from the team. It is very concerning that a customer has to continuously chase a response without any success. The issue is that the paid-up letter issued by Telkom reflects a different account number from the one that is currently listed as handed over on Experian and in the Telkom app. This clearly indicates a discrepancy that needs to be investigated and corrected. In addition, Experian has confirmed that they have not received any request from Telkom to remove the listing (delist the account) from my credit profile. This is extremely problematic because the account has already been settled, yet my credit record is still negatively affected. This ongoing delay and lack of communication are preventing me from resolving other important financial matters, and it is unacceptable that Telkom has not taken action despite my repeated attempts to resolve this directly. I am therefore requesting that Telkom urgently: • Investigate and correct the account number discrepancy • Submit the delisting request to Experian immediately • Provide written confirmation once this has been completed I hope that posting this here will finally prompt Telkom to address this matter urgently. Supporting screenshots and documentation are available if required.
Extremely frustrating experience. The courier had no problem delivering my Amazon order to the collection address, but somehow cannot pick up a return from the exact same address. This makes absolutely no sense. There has been zero human communication to explain the issue or resolve it. All updates come from an ineffective WhatsApp bot that provides no real assistance and just repeats the same messages. Returning a faulty product should not be this difficult. Poor communication, poor support, and an overall disappointing service. I would not recommend this courier based on this experience.
Good experience, informed me about the benefits of my policy and how essential it is to be covered/protected. Spoke to 3 wonderful ladies, their sales and retention skills are great, they gave me all the information I needed to make a decision.
Telkom disconnected my SIM service without my knowledge, agent says that my SIM card has expired, how when the number was active, recently recharged and on prepaid. Over 24hrs to with no service.
Love the quality of Defy appliances, they are made of good materials.
I am very disappointed with Telkom’s handling of my account and the lack of effective communication and system updates. Despite my account being paid and up to date, Telkom marked it as “in arrears” and proceeded to suspend my line. When I contacted customer service, they assured me the suspension would be lifted within 24 hours. However, it has now been well over that time, and my line is still inactive. This experience has made it clear that Telkom’s systems are not synchronized or updated efficiently, leaving customers in frustrating situations through no fault of their own. It’s not just an inconvenience—it's a disruption to essential communication, especially when I rely on this line daily. If Telkom’s systems were updated in real-time or even checked periodically, situations like this could be avoided. Telkom should prioritize regular updates to their payment processing and account management systems to reflect real account statuses. This is essential for basic customer service and satisfaction. I would caution others to be mindful of this issue, as you might find yourself unexpectedly cut off despite being in good standing. Telkom, please improve your systems and your customer support follow-through—it’s long overdue.
I was very disappointed with the snack burgers we received. The quality was subpar, with an evident lack of sauce and lettuce. This left the burgers dry and unappetizing. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.
Delicious food served with grace & attention to detail. We love everything about Fifi’s business, she serves very good food and has great customer service. The burgers are delicious, her sticky chicken wings are amazing and her meat platter has variety of meats and chips/ salad. Highly recommend this food joint.
San Antonio Spur halal A delightful 4th birthday celebration for my son unfolded seamlessly at Spur. The spacious yet uncrowded atmosphere greeted us upon arrival, ensuring a comfortable dining experience. With hungry kids in action *read grumpy”, we requested their meals be prioritized, and to our delight, their burgers and chips were served promptly within 15 minutes. We don’t eat pork, so the opportunity to indulge in Spur's ribs was irresistible. Each bite was a burst of flavor, enhanced by the succulent basting. The kids enjoyed their desserts, and the energetic staff serenaded the birthday boy with infectious enthusiasm “spur siya rock’a”, making the occasion truly memorable. To top it off, the added perks of a birthday voucher and R50 voucher for our family of four made the experience even more enjoyable.
