Went to buy a TV on 20.11.2024. Horrible experience from a cashier named Lissa. The TV was not in stock and was supposed to be delivered. Upon asking Lissa roughly when it would be delivered, she was extremely rude, disrespectful and demeaning. She answered "maybe tommorow, next week, next month or even next year". I believe she wanted to say she doesn't know but you don't asnwer PAYING customers in that manner. A week elapsed with ZERO communication. After countless phone calls and branch visits I was then told that the stock is in Rosebank which is almost 30km away. I didnt mind going there to collect myself and I drove there only to find that that they also didn't have stock. Complete waste of time and money. I ended up asking for a refund. In all this staff at Westgate Mall were outright rude. The level of icompetency is out of this world. Will never set foot in that branch ever again.
Went to buy a KFC Family meal 10 piece at KFC Westgate Mall on 29.11.2024. Horrible experiance. Had to wait for more than an hour. At first they said they don't have wings. They later on I discovered that they didn't have coleslaw and decided to replace it with mash WITHOUT even asking me. Staff was extremely rude and had to make a scene to get my order fulfilled. Pathetic service. Will never set foot there EVER AGAIN

Great place for grocery shopping. Adequately staffed and efficient pay points. You don't have to wait for long periods. Great specials too especially on Tuesdays
Bought 2 pizza's that were on the SLAVA Special on 26.08.2023 (Order No. 435) at Romans Pizza President's Square in Krugersdorp. We got very sick with a running stomach, and my kids were vomiting the whole week and had to rush them to the hospital for food poisoning. We ate them in-store and I suspect the pizza's were off and they tasted horribly.
It's been two weeks now since I ordered and paid for a textbook. When I call I get sent from pillar to post. Courier status show that it hasn't even been picked up. I am beyond disappointed and assignments are becoming due.
They debited my account on 5 December 2019 without even informing me. Our agreed date is on the 25th of every month. The debited order bounced because there was no money in that particular account. Now I have to sit with bank penalties.
Couldn't log onto the Money App at first, it kept saying that I might be a "victim" of Sim Swap and was just kicking me out. I was angry but amazed at the same time that their security system had detected a Sim swap that I had done previously. Thank you very much Nedbank team. I have been banking with Nedbank for over 10 years. The service and security is just top notch. Keep it up guys. Looking forward to be with Nedbank in the next 50 years to come. #Happy and satisfied customer
I curse the day I was stupid enough to sign up with this **** company. These are nothing but a bunch of crooks. When I met their agents at Westgate Mall they approached me with an offer to join. We filled in the yellow form and I was told that they will call me during the week to finalize everything and send me my contract. I was also told I can cancel anytime which was clearly a lie. The agent told me that they will only start debiting my account once we have finalized everything (another lie). These guys should be arrested for false information. They will tell you every lie in the book just that you can sign. No one called up to now and I was only surprised to see debit orders going off in my bank account for a service that I didn't even use. Now I have changed jobs and moved more than 60km away from the gym but they still expect me to pay . When I wanted to cancel I am being sent from pillar to post. Now they say I should pay R3800 cancelation fee. Call Center employees are extremely rude and clueless. I suspect they just play dumb to frustrate customers. Word of advice if you happen to see Gym Company agents in the mall canvassing walk away as fast as possible. Don't even entertain them because you will regret. Once you sign it's like you would have made a blood covenant with the Devil himself.
