Bad attitude

On the 28th December 2025,cI visited KFC Woodmead around 21:30. I was assisted by the lady, I think her name is Maria. I was told that they don't have chicken reason being they are about to close, they dont cook chicken. I told her if she doesn't assist me I will lay a formal complaint, that's when she took me seriously, and she was willing to assist me.

I didn't place an order because of her bad attitude, and laziness. I jus vwonder jow many clients for they turn away because they are in a rush to knock off, I also noticed that the staff at the back they were already cleaning up before time.

Please train your staff to treat customers with respect, and not find excuses not to assist because they want to go home.
