Khama Rhino Sanctuary Reservations desk

I would like to bring my family to the sanctuary. I have mailed reservations. There is a lady who is responding to my mails called Ruth. The first mail I sent asking if I could reserve a campsite received a response back “we have availability” and that was it. No salutations, no etiquette. Leaves a bitter taste considering all the amazing reviews. I will not however let one interaction ruin the holidays. I have since sent 3 more emails last three days requesting an invoice that I can use to make payment. No response. I will keep at it.
