Khama Rhino Sanctuary Reservations desk
I would like to bring my family to the sanctuary. I have mailed reservations. There is a lady who is responding to my mails called Ruth. The first mail I sent asking if I could reserve a campsite received a response back “we have availability” and that was it. No salutations, no etiquette. Leaves a bitter taste considering all the amazing reviews. I will not however let one interaction ruin the holidays. I have since sent 3 more emails last three days requesting an invoice that I can use to make payment. No response. I will keep at it.

Excellent Service - Johannes @Stage Zero Solar
Stage Zero was referred by a close friend who had witnessed the quality of the workmanship re solar solution and installation. I did some homework on HelloPeter to understand client sentiment and there were some alarming reviews and on the other end of the spectrum a lot of great ones. Decided that evening to put in a request and next morning early received a call from Johannes who I believe is one of the most patient and knowledgeable sales people I have met to date. Johannes epitomises what clients really need who are about to shed a ton of money, reassurance in the product. I am now officially waiting for my installation to begin all thanks to the grit and determination of Johannes to help me understand why I should rely on Stage Zero to satisfy my need. Thank you Johannes.
