I've had to speak to 3 employees working for the company and one would swear they went to the same tertiary institution (if any). Their service is appalling, they have no customer service etiquette whatsoever. Only for asking why a water bill was so inflated. Small fishes in a companies are always the cause of loss in business, The last straw is hanging up on a client and pretending that there was a connection fault. That's patronising and insulting ones intelligence. Being given a story that a consultant being off work in less than 5 min before she hung up because she is unable to account to their clients. They are in the wrong line of work if there are no manners and they offer such sickening service. Employees there, ones i've spoken to are an ill mannered & incompetent bunch. There's absolutely no excuse for being unruly.
