I took my car to you for a service, my car's 7th Service and first time at this branch. You Service Advisors are incredibly kind and explained exactly what I needed to expect with regards to the costing so there was absolutely no hidden surprises.

After my last experience at another branch, I was sceptical but this Hatfield team restored my faith back into Kia and to the Dealership.
