Busisiwe (Groceries Shelf Packer): Recently had the most wonderful lady, Ms. Busisiwe assist me with finding an item. She was extremely friendly and made a real effort to not only help me but ensure that I had everything I needed. She was naturally kind-hearted and sincere in her assistance, showing genuine care, and is a wonderful example of providing good customer service, making you feel welcome and at ease. Thank you for her lovely service. You are seen Busisiwe, and you are appreciated.
Kia Hatfield to be more specific. I took my car to you for a service, my car's 7th Service and first time at this branch. You Service Advisors are incredibly kind and explained exactly what I needed to expect with regards to the costing so there was absolutely no hidden surprises. After my last experience at another branch, I was sceptical but this Hatfield team restored my faith back into Kia and to the Dealership.
I have four of your branches i go to at least twice a week for my groceries. The staff, across all of these stores are friendly, neat and professional. Well done on your team's incredible ability to drive customer service.
I would say I'm utterly shocked but also, where there is a loophole, you will dig into it hey. So, I am not that shocked. I have had a contract with you for a few years now, the phone is long payed off so it's just a Flexi Red 250 or whatever you call it now. I went onto a Month-to-Month Contract being told that I can cancel my contract at anytime. Yeah right! Now I find out, I am in a contract with you until September with no way to get out of the contract. So here it goes, my plan. My plan was to cancel my contract, then the company I work for who also has a contract with you, they were going to let me pay in a little an upgrade my work contract to the unlimited package/ plan. Therefore I would keep my personal number for things attached to the number like my banking, municipality, etc. But you, no, no cancellation, no email address to put anything in writing. Just call this number, then when I follow up, you say I didn't call the number or there isn't a record of my call. Convenient isn't it?
I am giving an average score because I went to two branches and had vastly different experiences. I went to your branch in Loftus Park. I was looking at items in the front when one of your staff members walked past. I greeted her, and she greeted me. I then saw the Fleece Pul*****s I was looking for, except they were at the very top of the wall and needed that pole to get them down. I went to this staff member whom until now, we had a pleasant exchange and asked her if she was busy or if she could please help me with taking two items down from the wall? She didn't make eye contact with me, mumbled and stormed off. So me I left. I went to your branch in Moreletta Corner, completely different experience. I went to the cashiers and asked them for help, they came to help me (patiently and kindly I might add), they also asked me if I was buying anything specific or looking for something specific, and they ended up upselling me to buy a couple of more items. They were attentive, smiling, kind and you know what, they treated me like I was there, whereas at the other branch, it was utterly disappointing. Loftus Park Pick n Pay, you need to step up your game; your customer service has severely deteriorated over the past few months, especially when compared to your peers.
To celebrate Father's Day this year we went to Warmbaths again and it was so much fun. We checked in on Friday, 13 June and there was a welcoming in the front which my nephew enjoyed loads (he even won a little prize). Check in was swift and easy, the Chalet was stunning, the vibe at the swimming pools was so much fun throughout the weekend and the Hydro was just perfect for us to enjoy. We even went for massages and it was so good - felt like a new person leaving. We left on Monday feeling refreshed and sad that such a lovely weekend came to an end. But, we are already planning our next family trip here. We will absolutely be back for another family trip soon.
Absolutely wonderful. Delicious food and generous portions, staff is so warm and friendly and the restaurant atmosphere is lovely.
We're here at your Menlyn Maine branch and I absolutely love your team here. They really give so much care and put in so much effort. Their work on cars are just absolutely some of the best!!! Thank you, and please thank your team!!!
Took my parents to Warmbaths and we had fun. We really enjoyed the Hydro lots and the chalet had the most beautiful view of the dam. It was a special weekend away with them.
Tiger Wheel and Tyre in Menlyn, Pretoria, Gauteng - Jean from Sales This morning I called for some advice and assistance, Jean from the Sales Team took my call and provided me with advice and I went in this afternoon for help. I purchased two windscreen wipers, and of all the products they carry this is hardly a big purchase. But, regardless of my silly questions and relatively small purchase he made effort to provide me with one-on-one assistance giving me expert advice, and even took the time to install the wipers for me too. Knowing, as a woman with limited knowledge of cars, that at any time I can reach out to them for professional assistance, quality products and help, gives a sense of comfort knowing these experts are car guardians.
