Pathetic Car Wash
Plush carwash in Bel Air If I could give 0 stars I would Absolutely pathetic service Money and time wasted (over an hour and a half) Parts of the car were not even washed. Water marks still on the parts they decided to wash because the car was not dried properly The inside still had dust and dirt and a stain on the back seat that they didn't even bother to attempt to remove Number from Google does not even exist to get any assistance I understand being busy and having alot of clients to deal with but taking payment and doing a job like this is just is down right ******** DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A CARWASH AND WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Terrible service
Please do yourself a favour and do not go to this carwash at cornubia, the service is absolutely terrible, slow and I personally was not happy with the minimal soap they were using, I normally go to Nemos carwash where there is exceptional device but I was in the area and decided to try this carwash, my biggest mistake

Terrible service

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
I took my car for a valet at Plus Carwash Melrose Arch and I am so frustrated and disappointed by their service. First they told me to fetch the car the same day, the interior was still WET and they put the rubber mats ONTOP of the WET carpet. And said I can take the car and leave it outside with the doors open?? I obviously left the car there because that’s not what I paid for. The next day going to fetch the car, they have no sense of communication. They take your number for no reason because they don’t even use it. They didn’t clean the car properly and the literally RUINED my steering wheel leather. Didn’t clean the engine. My mags were still dirty.

Paying to damage my brand new car
I am beyond frustrated with plush car wash at Tiffany’s shopping centre in salt rock, KZN! Took my 1 week old car to have washed and they scratched the **** out of my screen! I emailed photos to head office and the woman tells me there is nothing they can do and they have video footage of them using micro fibre cloths! Yes, the SAME cloth they use to wipe the mats with! We watched them! Will never use them again and would advise people to check their vehicles thoroughly once done!

Shocking Plush Car wash
Shocking car wash done this morning at the Farrarmere branch. Paid for an Executive SUV wash to be done, only to find the canopy area not washed, or even s**** papers thrown away. After confronting the guy, he says the high pressure washer is broken so that is why he couldn't clean out the back. Shocking. Although I will never support this car wash anywhere again, I should of just Saud, sorry, my card is faulty and can only do half payments. Second time I have had bad service, and rest assured, it is the last. Wish I could post pictures here, but they will be viewable on social platforms, so everyone can see, and be warned of the substandard services.

Shocking Plush Car wash

Bad service
They said it would take an hour and a half to wash inside and out. Went to go eat something and when we came back they washed 1 tire, nothing else. We were the second car there for the day. When came back to a dirty bakkie after an hour and a half…5 other cars were already washed that wasn’t there when we booked the car in. Rediculous!!! I guess they wash the fancy cars first…
