So my fiancée took delivery of her vehicle on the 12/12/2019. Upon inspection of the vehicle we found that the spare Tyre that we received with the car was old and had no tread left definitely not roadworthy and if used she would get fined if stopped my a traffic officer. Not to mention if she gets into an accident the insurance would not pay out. This was reported the same day to the dealership. With the driver that delivered the car as a witness... The date now is 07/02/2020 and we are no closer to any reasonable resolution to this issue. As there are internal processes to be followed to find the culprit.... So instead of assisting the customer then investigating rather anger them. Sounds smart. Not to mention having to resign the contract 3 times as there were mistakes made with the pricing that my fiancée picked up. Passing of the buck and no accountability seems to be the theme of the day{more like 2 months less a few public holidays naturally}. The following staff were "assisting" Savannah - sales lady that had her "hands tied". Alfie - The invisible man. (no reply to emails and could not get him on the phone).

I bought a car (Volvo) from the Kia Dealerhip in Cresta last year Dec(2019). When I went to collect the car and I was about to drive out, I realized that the radio is not turning on, the screen in black and not switch on. I immediately told the guy who sold it to me (Nivash) and he apologized and said he was not aware of that. I fetched the Car Saturday and he said I can bring it back Monday its probably a fuse issue. Came Monday I had to call him, and took my car back by force and still they did not help they said the factory where they have to order the fuse has closed and will open next year in Jan. Come the following month, Jan the 6th, I had to follow up with Nivash and he told me he will let me know when to bring the car. I finally took the car to him on the 14th of Jan and it was booked for following day at 8am for the fuse to be fixed and I was supposed to collect my car on Friday (17th of Jan). Cam 17th, I called Nivash, he did not pick up my calls nor respond to my emails. I ended up going to their garage and I was told to come Monday. Come Monday, the guy was on leave and blocked my calls and everything.I went to the garage and spoke to a lady who promised to take over my case and assist me and told me the car will be ready by Thursday (23rd of Jan), she took all my details and promised to keep me up to date. Came Thursday, no call from her. On Saturday(25 of Jan), I went back to the garage, she did not even talk to me, she took me straight to Nivash's manager, who apologized and said they let him aware of the situation he forgot to call me. The garage they had taken the car to, said its the whole radio and not just the fuse so they have taken the car to Volvo to be fixed, he will call me Monday( 27 of Jan)to let me know what going on. Monday, I received no call until today. Nivash started sending me text on whatsapp saying the radio has been ordered and will be delivered by Tuesday (4th of Feb). I have been calling and following up and no1 is giving me a straight answer. I asked him to take me to where my car is, I will take it and bring it back when the radio has arrived, he said unfortunately I can not take the car as it has been opened. My issue is that, there is a possibility that the problem was not just the radio hence they are taking long to get it fixed. Another issue I have, I am paying the bank for a car that am not even driving and I do not have. What if when they bring it back they would have caused me damage to it and it will start breaking down. I feel like these people are taking advantage of me cause am a woman. Its almost a month now with no car but am paying monthly installment for it.

I took my car to Kia Northcliff on the 23rd of September to be fixed 3 things 1.Dashboard lights were not switching off 2.Car had oil leak 3.Gear shift was not smooth after 4 weeks of waiting for the car to be fixed i finally got it back and paid R17k for the service only to realize that the oil is still leaking and the gear's are still not fixed the only thing that was fixed is the lights that were on on the dashboard. Manager later tells me that they dont fix automatic gearbox and he was only trying to assist me and if i want he can refer my car to specialist that deals with automatic gearbox, this story he tells me after taking my R17k and giving me a car thats not fixed.

I would like raise my dissatisfaction about the treatment I got from this KIA branch in Norhcliff. Bought a vehicle from them on the 15th february 2019 with an almost expired disc and agreement was that I pay for it when it expires and they'll refund me but since then until today I still haven't got my refund and they have been sending from pillar to post...I mean even the branch cannot not help me but refers me to his subordinates. I doubt if I'll ever get my money back from them.
