Poor treatment
I would like raise my dissatisfaction about the treatment I got from this Imperial Select branch in Norhcliff. Bought a vehicle from them on the 15th february 2019 with an almost expired disc and agreement was that I pay for it when it expires and they'll refund me but since then until today I still haven't got my refund and they have been sending from pillar to post...I mean even the branch manager cannot not help me but refers me to his subordinates. I doubt if I'll ever get my money back from them. If he's not sick he's attending a meeting somewhere.

Poor customer care.

Bought a vehicle from them on the 15th february 2019 with an almost expired disc and agreement was that I pay for it when it expires and they'll refund me but since then until today I still haven't got my refund and they have been sending from pillar to post...I mean even the branch cannot not help me but refers me to his subordinates.
