Thank You Kia Somerset West!! Friendly, helpful staff made servicing my Rio a breeze. Thank You Patrick Ramoo and Donna for being so hands on and efficient.

05 Oct 2022, 16:13So I evidently gave praise where it wasn’t earned. Kia Somerset West serviced my car and in my haste to leave, I didn’t do a walk around inspection. There are chips out of the paintwork as well as a s**** on the bumper. Not to mention the mark on the bonnet where it looks like it was closed with a tool of sorts still under the hood. I’ve asked them to check camera footage but of course, none of these things happened at their branch. Shocking how dishonest people are. No apology. Just come and see the footage for yourself. Obviously by now the recording would be “doctored” My car won’t be going back there again. And I’m wondering if it’s worth buying another Kia if this is the follow up service their cars get. Shame on you Kia
