On 10 February 2020 I was in a motor accident and just thereafter I noticed I had 2 different number plates on my vehicle. I phoned Kia numerous times but to no avail. Just as we entered lock down stage 4, I phoned Kia again and Mdu said he will give Shakes the message to call me. Shakes never called me. Later on, I went to Kia and Mdu wrote on a A4 piece of paper a message for Shakes that he should phone me and i saw him putting the paper on Shakes' table. Shakes never phoned me. After that, I sent Shakes a message (sms) asking him to phone me. Shakes never phoned me. Now recently I went to Kia again and spoke to Shakes himself, he assured me he will assist me as soon as he can. Up to date, I have not received my correct number plate yet.
Numerous people warned me not to buy from Kia Nelspruit because their after service is no good at all. I regret buying a vehicle from them.
