Matina was the driver. He left my KFC IN THE STREET! Literally ON THE TAR ROAD. Took a photo of my food on the tar road, uploaded the pic and left. Tried calling him only to find out he blocked me. THEY ARE *****S!!!!!
THE WORST service and after service!! They don't answer their phones and they don't reply to your emails. I recently done my pre-inspection and submitted it on the app. Received an email from Kgaume indicating they noticed I have smash and grab which I omitted mentioning in the pre-inspection. Sent him an email asking him certain things. In total to date, I've sent him SIX emails enquiring about "any updates" regarding my initial email. Their service is appalling!! Maybe they get commission on seeing how many calls and emails they can avoid. I WOUD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND PINEAPPLE!!!!
On 10 February 2020 I was in a motor accident and just thereafter I noticed I had 2 different number plates on my vehicle. I phoned Kia numerous times but to no avail. Just as we entered lock down stage 4, I phoned Kia again and Mdu said he will give Shakes the message to call me. Shakes never called me. Later on, I went to Kia and Mdu wrote on a A4 piece of paper a message for Shakes that he should phone me and i saw him putting the paper on Shakes' table. Shakes never phoned me. After that, I sent Shakes a message (sms) asking him to phone me. Shakes never phoned me. Now recently I went to Kia again and spoke to Shakes himself, he assured me he will assist me as soon as he can. Up to date, I have not received my correct number plate yet. Numerous people warned me not to buy from Kia Nelspruit because their after service is no good at all. I regret buying a vehicle from them.
Unisa Nelspruit never answers their landline when you phone them. Never! The number ********** 476 never gets picked up when you phone. I have been trying for a week now at different times each day, and a couple of times every day, and ONCE only, someone answered - then I got put through to the wrong extension... This is utterly unprofessional! Do they not want to do business? The entire educational system in SA is falling apart and the people working at UNISA seems to be one of the biggest contributors to that. Disgraceful!
In the month of APRIL, i requested an Itemised billing for the month of APRIL. end of may, they send me the itemised billing for MAY and not for APRIL AS I'VE REQUESTED. I have R900 worth of airtime that has disappeared from my phone and no one can assist me, not even the personnel at MTN itself. THIS IS PATHETIC!!!<br> <br> PLEASE SEND ME THE ITEMIZED BILLING FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL PLEASE?????
I requested a once off itemised billing for the month of April from MTN customer call centre. I phoned TWICE already with TWO reference numbers. The first one was 2 weeks ago, the second call was lastweek. Up to date, I HAVE NOT HEARD OR RECEIVED A SINGLE EMAIL FROM MTN supplying me with my once of itemised billing.<br> <br> I had R900 worth of airtime that is GONE. MISSING. I would like to know where that airtime went so that is why I requested a once off itemised billing for the month of April.
