I have been asking for some clarity from a finance lady at KIA Nigel regarding a balloon payment that is showing on my statement. Its been 2 weeks no feedback. I sent a follow up email to no avail. I had asked them about the balloon payment, my sales person and finance lady confirmed that they don't do balloon payments , to my surprise ,there's an amount on my statement labelled as balloon. They cant get back to me because they don't know what to say to me .,pathetic
