The service was good great beautiful and friendly as staff too i am happy would refer more clients with open heart

Feedback from KIA Nigel I have been asking for some clarity from a finance lady at KIA Nigel regarding a balloon payment that is showing on my statement. Its been 2 weeks no feedback. I sent a follow up email to no avail. I had asked them about the balloon payment, my sales person and finance lady confirmed that they don't do balloon payments , to my surprise ,there's an amount on my statement labelled as balloon. They cant get back to me because they don't know what to say to me .,pathetic

10/10 service, Nicole was very friendly and helpful. KIA Nigel never disappoints. We have only received great service from KIA Nigel, from the day I purchased my vehicle from them to the yearly service of my car. We only trust KIA Nigel with our car. See you next year.
