Bad service and lies
I bought my Duster 4x4 from Kia Nigel the first 6 months it was in and out their workshop first electrical faults then turbo pipes eventually they had to replace the intercooler but still could not get it sorted out and with all of these problems was claimed against my warranty that I paid for when I bought the car. By this time, I was fed-up with them getting it sorted so took it to a company that I trusted end till today they do my services I do not trust Renauld with my vehicle. Now a year later my Turbo packed up so I took it to a company to strip and do the repairs against my warranty again, on the 27/01/2026 I got a call from the company that's doing the turbo telling me that someone welded the arm on the dump valve and the only people that worked on that section of the car was Kia Nigel and Renauld Heidelburg. I am in fear now that the claim for the turbo will be rejected because of this and I have to fork out the R15000 plus for the repairs In my opinion I will never do any deals with Auto city in my life again

my contract is up for upgrade have contacted them call was disconected thats 3 days ago and they have not contacted me back as up until today so i think they can cancel the contract
