Feedback from KIA Nigel I have been asking for some clarity from a finance lady at KIA Nigel regarding a balloon payment that is showing on my statement. Its been 2 weeks no feedback. I sent a follow up email to no avail. I had asked them about the balloon payment, my sales person and finance lady confirmed that they don't do balloon payments , to my surprise ,there's an amount on my statement labelled as balloon. They cant get back to me because they don't know what to say to me .,pathetic
I'm so disgusted with Absa Credit Card division who cant stop ripping people off. I received a statement for Feb 2025 which was showing that the balance on the account was R193.55 , then I decided to pay R194.00 . Then I asked them to close this account as I wont be needing the credit card anymore . Just when I thought I'm done with this account, I received a statement showing a balance of R66.56. When I asked them about it ,I was advised that its bank charges. But why bank charges if the account is paid in full ?? This is ridiculous and disgusting Now again this month ,the balance is no longer R66.56 ,it has gone over a R100+ My advise is, STAY AWAY from this bank. None of my family members will ever have an account with this bank. I will make sure of that if it was possible I would be rating you a NEGATIVE
I'm so disgusted with SARS service I submitted my refund on the 30/07/2024 and a day after I was requested to upload the supporting documents which I did same day. I then got an sms confirming that the documents were received. To date I still have not received my REFUND. Its almost 3 months now. So irritated
I got a message from CCD Couriers 2 days ago that my parcel from Rain has been received, and will contact me shortly. That was round about 9h20. Eventually I got a call after 12H00 and my delivery address was confirmed and I was told that my parcel will be delivered today between 9h00 and 12h00. At around 11H30 some lady called from this CCDC and again confirming my delivery address. when I told her that confirmation has already been done . she was like may be the person who called me the previous day was directly from Rain , what nonsense. why would Rain call me when they themselves have confirmed that they received my parcel. This is shocking , the incompetence is on another level. I wish i could give them a negative rating . I don't know why this company is still in existence
My son was on a Student Plan last year . Medihelp was notified that he will no longer use them anymore as he's not studying this year. The debit orders continued till about March 2024 .A letter was then sent beginning of April 2024 which Medihelp acknowledged the receipt of ,and was told that he needs to pay a one month subscription which went from R964.00 to R2820.00 . Today he got an sms stating that he needs to pay R5640.00 (which is R2820 X 2). This shows that it was not cancelled on time, because they want to make more money out of us . So where ON EARTH must he get that kind of money from ? He 's currently unemployed. This is ridiculous and pathetic. Stay away from MEDIHELP ,HORRIBLE medical Aid ever. WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS TO JOIN MEDIHELP
Disgusting Service I ordered 2 X fan heaters online on the 28th May 2024. I did not receive an order or tracking number. I was expecting to get this information via my email or cell number . Money was deducted from my account. I even sent proof of payment to orders@leroymerlin.co.za and still not received any feedback from Leroy Merlin.
Poeple please stay way from this woman who goes around and still money from people in the name of selling clothes on Facebook. she goes by the name Enny Makhafola or Sessy Masedi. She advertises her stuff on facebook and she would request you to pay upfront . At first she delivers so you would think she's a trustworthy person and as you begin to trust her with your money she dissapears . You will never hear from her. when you try calling her she ignores you. Please be careful
