Amazing service by Sales and Finance Team at Kia Northcliff

I was in the market for a Kia Seltos, so I stopped at Kia Northcliff last Friday. They didn’t want the model I wanted on the floor, so they sourced one for me from another branch. They told me on Friday afternoon it would be there for a test drive on Monday (yesterday). In the meantime they obtained a valuation on my trade in and made me an offer and collected my FICA docs. By Friday close of business they had arranged pre-approved finance. I stopped there at 15:00 yesterday, took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. They told me I could take possession the same day! I didn’t think it was possible, but 2 hours later I picked up my car and was totally flabbergaster by the amazing team at Kia Nortcliff.
