From the moment I walked on to the sales floor, I was greeted by Wayne and felt welcome. I told him I was there to look at the new Kia Picanto with trade in of y old Picanto. Wayne helped me straight away by getting me book value on the dot for my Picanto and went a step thither, breaking down coats on the new Picanto, with what I expected to get for my Picanto, and with what I am now getting if I should buy the Sonet. Taking in to account my monthly spend limit it was clear I could afford it now and got a beautiful, band new car, Wayne managed to work with his team to get this done in inly a few hours.
