I brought my car in for a service this morning at 7am. When bringing it in one of the employees was burning something and blowing it around the whole office, it looked ritualistic and I felt uncomfortable by that. By 13:50 I had not had any communication from KIA Roodepoort. When I called to get an update a gentleman answered. I was told by him that I was being put through to the servicing department, but instead the call was ended. When I called back again the same gentleman answered and I told him that he had ended the call and he denied that it was him. When I asked him to put me through to the servicing department again he said he'll do so but ended the call. I eventually got assisted in a third call.
