I am sharing my experience to highlight the poor after-sales service I received from Kia Tygervalley.
I purchased my vehicle in January, and despite reporting issues shortly after, it took the dealership two months to give any attention to the concerns. When Kia finally booked the vehicle in for three days, they committed to completing:
A full valet Paint repair Replacement of the towbar cap
However, upon collecting my vehicle, none of these tasks were completed. The paint repair was done exceptionally poorly (looking like smeared correction fluid), the valet was not done, and the towbar cap was not replaced.
Although I received feedback, there was never a practical solution or corrective action, despite multiple follow-ups from my side.
At this point, I have chosen not to engage further. I will be replacing the towbar cap myself and arranging the valet that should have been completed at the time of sale.
If Kia Tygervalley chooses to resolve this matter by reimbursing the costs I had to cover myself, I will gladly update my review to reflect that resolution. However, I will not be returning my vehicle to this dealership in the future.
This experience has been far below the standard expected from a reputable dealership, and I hope this helps future customers make informed decisions.
