Kia Wonderboom a disgrace.

I have never seen such appalling service at KIA in wonderboom. I'm not a first time car buyer and can confidently say that I have an experience in what service to expect.

I bought a Kia Sonet few months back and I can say the presentation of the vehicle to me and my wife was nothing short of underwhelming. The car was presented to my without any gift pack A bottle of champagne, box of chocolate for my wife etc. NOTHING.

This morning I went there to get the car serviced and I was informed that the car will only be serviced and not washed.(which is standard at any dealership) and might i add that it also had no WiFi available, to add insult to injury I had to walk with my son for 2km to get him some food as there was no shuttle to take us or any Uber to take us within 30km as other dealerships do.

My word I have the biggest regret in taking my business to this dealership. Absolutely no after service quality. I would not recommend anyone with this experience I have encountered.
