I have never seen such appalling service at KIA in wonderboom. I'm not a first time car buyer and can confidently say that I have an experience in what service to expect. I bought a Kia Sonet few months back and I can say the presentation of the vehicle to me and my wife was nothing short of underwhelming. The car was presented to my without any gift pack A bottle of champagne, box of chocolate for my wife etc. NOTHING. This morning I went there to get the car serviced and I was informed that the car will only be serviced and not washed.(which is standard at any dealership) and might i add that it also had no WiFi available, to add insult to injury I had to walk with my son for 2km to get him some food as there was no shuttle to take us or any Uber to take us within 30km as other dealerships do. My word I have the biggest regret in taking my business to this dealership. Absolutely no after service quality. I would not recommend anyone with this experience I have encountered.
So I went to Tile Africa 2 weeks back to buy broken tiles for a project I am busy with at home. I got a very helpful gentleman who assisted quite well. Today I went again looking for the same thing. I was charged Quadruple what I paid last time even though the package was way less then what I had previously purchased. What annoyed me from today's experience was the fact that the manager of the store(Some lady) and 1 of his staff where laughing at me when I was questioning this price. They showed no respect for me only contempt. They made me feel like they were doing ME a favor by selling me those. I have never come across such a behavior as a client.The young man was way younger than me but he was extremely arrogant and the Manager never saw it fit to curb the condescending behavior. TILE AFRICA WOODMEAD...please educate your staff that every client and every cent contributes to the success of the company and in ensuring that they stay employed.
