I have had many problems since making use of the services of Kibo Connect, Kibo has over debited my account with an amount of R638.25 which is ridiculous especially in our current economic climate. Regardless of the fact that I have provided them with all their own statements and my POP's they still did not have the decensy to reply via email and used the excuse the called me and used left a voice message yet I do not have a voicemail setup nor did I get a missed call from their number, this is obviously a blatant lie. The wifi signal is terrible and when you stream it is fuzzy, I would not recommend making use of Kibo as their accounts admin is not great neither is their project management and response time is slow.
