We had kibo for a year and in that time could not even make 1 whatsapp call without weak connection... paid 1200pm... the worst internet provider in SA..will not recommend it to anyone.. throttling,shaping these guys choke you dead

I have had many problems since making use of the services of Kibo Connect, Kibo has over debited my account with an amount of R638.25 which is ridiculous especially in our current economic climate. Regardless of the fact that I have provided them with all their own statements and my POP's they still did not have the decensy to reply via email and used the excuse the called me and used left a voice message yet I do not have a voicemail setup nor did I get a missed call from their number, this is obviously a blatant lie. The wifi signal is terrible and when you stream it is fuzzy, I would not recommend making use of Kibo as their accounts admin is not great neither is their project management and response time is slow.

Excellent service from the office staff and could actually speak to very friendly person there My requirement was very urgent and the field staff contacted me early the next day Got connected the same day and look forward to continue with them. Looking forward to get the 200Mbs as soon as that is availble in our complex

Terrible service providers. Estates need to stay away from Kibo. It’s rubbish

3 YEARS AGO WE MOVED OFFICES TO NDABENI AND CONTRACTED KIBO CONNECT AS OUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, WE PORTED OUR NUMBER TO THEM. 3 YEARS LATER WE MOVED OFFICES AND ASK KIBO TO REINSTALL THINGS ON THE NEW OFFICES IN PARKLANDS. WE SIGNED A CONTRACT AND THEY REALISED LATER THAT THEY UNABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICES ON THESE PREMISES AS ITS OUT OF THEIR RICH. WE CANCELLED THEM AND LOOKED FOR ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER, NOW THEY REFUSING TO PORT OUR NUMBER TO THE NEW SERVICE PROVIDER AS THEY CLAIM WE SIGNED A 24 CONTRACT WHICH MUST BE SETTLED. THIS IS AN EXTORTION OF NOTE, PLEASE BECAREFUL AND DONT USE KIBO CONNECT.
