A beautiful piece of equipment. Suppose to be ornamental in design and just plug and play that can be installed in your lounge as a feature However, nothing works. Can’t be stopped to feed back to the grid - trips all the time Updated app shows that there is no load and that the solar is charging the Grid No one to help or assist. They dont talk to customers, only contractors and installers Leaving me stuck with equipment that is not fit for purpose
No service for days now in George It is impossible to make contact with Vox. I have about 6 numbers, including the area managers (Ben) number Not one of them will answer the call STAY AWAY FROM VOX I don’t know if there actually is a reliable provider
I purchased a solar unit from Takealot that consisted of three pieces, which was delivered to their Cape Town branch One of the three units was delivered on Monday but until now, four days later, no one can tell me what happened to my other two units Every one is escalating and sending emails with a promise that someone will contact me I am not aloud to contact any one but the national inquiry no that is useless to say My order of R60000-00 is just missing and ni one can tell what happened or where it is or who was the delivery company Please help if you can
The most incompetent un-contactable busyness I have ever worked with There is no management in George that can be contacted Just a re-instatement required and you cant get hold of any one in the George area an no one will answer their phone or respond to your messages DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT IN ANY WAY!!!!
Excellent service from the office staff and could actually speak to very friendly person there My requirement was very urgent and the field staff contacted me early the next day Got connected the same day and look forward to continue with them. Looking forward to get the 200Mbs as soon as that is availble in our complex
I have been incorrectly billed for something I did not use> Then because I was totally unaware that Vodacom has handed me over to the credit bureu My acc reflects that I have miossed two payments of R31 I have been struggling to clear this mess up and finally got a letter from Vodacom on 1 Sep 2020 stating that Vodacom eknowledge their mistake and instructed the Credit bureu to rectify my records As of to date nothing has been done to clear my name from a mistake on Vodacom side
