I have placed 2-3 order on woolies dash, the driver left both times marking my order as delivered, they havnt got back to me nor have they refunded me and it was an expensive order. My advise is to rather use checkers 60 or Mr delivery, woolies dash is very very unreliable.
It has been over a week trying to sign up with RSA web, no response not even an inclination of when the ISP services will be installed. Worst customer and technician services, if it is such a struggle just to get connected, how bad must the services in general be?
I recently attempted to return a cookware set that I purchased from Takealot. Despite following the return process diligently, I was shocked to receive a rejection notice citing reasons that simply don't align with my experience. Firstly, the product was returned exactly as it was delivered to me – unopened and with all labels intact. However, the email I received claims that the return was declined due to the product not meeting specific criteria outlined in their Returns Policy. This discrepancy between my action and their assessment raises concerns about the fairness and transparency of their return evaluation process. Moreover, the product itself falls short of expectations. Despite numerous assurances of its non-stick properties, as highlighted in many reviews, the cookware set failed to deliver on this crucial feature. This discrepancy between promised performance and actual functionality led to my decision to return the item, as it did not meet my needs and preferences. Overall, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service provided by Takealot. As a consumer, I value honesty, transparency, and fair treatment. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with their return process has failed to uphold these principles. I hope they reevaluate their policies and practices to ensure a more equitable and customer-centric experience in the future. The packages get damaged by their own delivery team and then the consumer gets bul**** in the hopes they will just go away and accept substandard products.
I have had many problems since making use of the services of Kibo Connect, Kibo has over debited my account with an amount of R638.25 which is ridiculous especially in our current economic climate. Regardless of the fact that I have provided them with all their own statements and my POP's they still did not have the decensy to reply via email and used the excuse the called me and used left a voice message yet I do not have a voicemail setup nor did I get a missed call from their number, this is obviously a blatant lie. The wifi signal is terrible and when you stream it is fuzzy, I would not recommend making use of Kibo as their accounts admin is not great neither is their project management and response time is slow.
As a Standard Bank, Professional banking client I am horrified and really disgusted in the terrible service received from the bankers. Firstly, my banker assisted me to apply for a Payment Holiday in January, only to find out in May by way of a LOD that they obviously did not document this or someone did not log it into the system. Secondly I lost my credit card and app**** for a new one, when i received my card my banker was unwilling to assist me to obtain my pin (I have the whatsapp chats) she told me to go into the branch and sort it out myself, yet I pay the banking fees for the service. The bankers were also unwilling to assist me after I sent them all the relevant documentation and a POP when i received the LOD, my banker told me she would "sort it out" and asked me to send her the relevant documentation twice. Then when I said that the call reports need to be pulled and they need to go listen to the recording (which Standard Bank disclaims in every call) she told me it could not be done. So now I have a situation where I was told by the banker the payment holiday was approved and now they cant seem to find the record of this and the call was recorded. I really would not recommend signing up for Professional Banking, the service is shocking, they do not take care of their clients or even respond to emails, it is just a waste of money to pay the banking fees with no real assistance or service.
The service is honestly so shocking, I have spoken to 5 consultants to have my order delivered by RAM couriers, RAM couriers cannot call me because Vodacom refuses to update my correct details so thus I can't get my upgrade delivered and I do not have a phone until my order arrives. The consultants are so rude and the one guy had the nerve to scream at me on the phone.

I have had the most amazing service from Oneplan Pet Insurance. My babies aka doggies have been fully covered for every vet visit and accidental illness. I have never had any problems lodging a claim and the staff members of Oneplan are wonderful. Extremely helpful, quick with their turn around times. Thank you for world class service that is user friendly and concise.
