I’ve been trying to cancel an order for the past 3 weeks. I’ve sent countless emails and requests on the website with no luck. Absolutely horrible service. It says fulfilled but I didn’t receive the parcels.
Bought a couch on homzy about two and half weeks ago. It was a Luke 3 seater couch which looked pretty amazing on line. When they delivered I realised that the couch was pretty butchered and it didn’t look like the design was originally theirs as they couldn’t get it right and it had stains that won’t move. I requested a refund immediately. Almost 3 weeks later they still haven’t collected their couch and they keep giving me ridiculous excuses. The one time they tried to collect their driver called me at 2230 telling me that he is coming to collect the couch at 2330. With more research I realized that the couch is in fact a very horribly done dub. Give me my money and come take your couch
Worst service I’ve ever received. I paid to activate my WiFi in July it’s still not active to date. I’m not getting any help, I even resorted to Twitter to resolve this matter it’s still not sorted. Please don’t waste your time applying for the WiFi. The network is ****py as well

Horrible. They promised to sort out my issue in a month, two months ago. We are on month 3, they are avoiding my texts.

I’ve received bad service before but Fg tops it. Apart from having the worst quality they have the worst communication and the worst service. My order can on the 3rd of Jan which is 10 days later than their specified time, they weren’t communicating. I booked for a return on the 3rd of Jan exactly 20 days later I haven’t received my refund. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. They don’t even respond to texts
Went online to use a voucher I received. I added a Perfume which was initially R804. A message popped up saying if I added 200 I’d qualify for a free perfume. I added a lip gloss. Then later on a new message pop saying if I added a R100 item I would get a perfume worth R804 for R100, I added a concealer to my cart. At this point the sale was looking too good to be true. Then another message pop saying I would qualify for free shipping is I added one more item and I did. Verything in the cart was totalled to R3200 and the final payment amount with discounts was R836. I paid with a voucher and cash. There was no terms specifying that the promotions weren’t valid when you are using a voucher code to pay. The order was placed on the 23rd December 2022. I sent countless emails and tried calling a couple of time as I could see that the order wasn’t arriving and it wasn’t reflecting on my profile. On 05/01/2023 the order arrived with only the concealer, lipgloss and serum and one perfume. Out of 3. So basically I was reeled into adding all these three things that I didn’t plan to get and only got So I could get the perfumes.
