I placed two orders with Kickkit on 4 February and 7 February (Order numbers: 13980 and 13994), with a total value of approximately R4,000.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response and no update on my orders. I emailed on the following dates:
18 March 23 March 28 March 30 March
To date, I have been completely ignored.
These items were intended as gifts, and due to the excessive delay and lack of communication, they are no longer needed. As such, I am formally requesting a full refund.
If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate it further to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I expect a response and resolution as soon as possible.
