I placed two orders with Kickkit on 4 February and 7 February (Order numbers: 13980 and 13994), with a total value of approximately R4,000. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response and no update on my orders. I emailed on the following dates: 18 March 23 March 28 March 30 March To date, I have been completely ignored. These items were intended as gifts, and due to the excessive delay and lack of communication, they are no longer needed. As such, I am formally requesting a full refund. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate it further to the relevant consumer protection authorities. I expect a response and resolution as soon as possible.
<p>I settled my standard bank cheque account 6 weeks ago and still have not received a settlement letter. This account was handed over to NDS Credit solutions and so far i have spoken to 5+ people, all of whom have been escalating the matter with no feedback. I have also spoken to Standard bank consultants at Carlton Centre branch, none of whom know how to assist me or even bother trying to get this resolved internally.</p>
