<p>On 12 April 2017, I ordered and paid for a dress from Dotshopify (bank details account name is Kiddies sofas and stuff). After several attempts to get information as to how long will delivery take place, without response, I then decided to place my order since the dress was for an emergency and were urgently needed. After I placed the order, two days later without any respons still, I contacted Dot via facebook. Which after a day responded that the dress will not be in time. </p> <p> </p> <p>I immediatley emailed DOT, cancelling the order and requesting for a refund as I needed to order the dress from somewhere else. The first response was that the dress was already on its way. I regarded this as a lie since I did not placed any address on my order and made a note that I be contacted for an address. I insisted that I don's want the dress and want my money urgently back. </p> <p> </p> <p>I got a response that my refund will take 7-14 days, which I objected as I needed my money urgently back. I was of the opinion that DOT utilize a SA bank account and failed to understand why it could take so long for a refund.</p> <p>Until today did I not get my money back. I've emailed them several times but still to no response. I've requested a telephobe number via Facebook, but still no response. It is now a month!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I AM DISGUSTED AND WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY STILL FROM THEM!</p>
