Definitely do not want to be giving any stars but I can't write a review without doing so.
I recently purchased Labels from Kidico.co.za for my sons bottles for school. It cost me R66.00 for these labels, which I was happy to pay.
However once payment was made and received on their side, I received an email from them stating the following regarding delivery fees:
"We have recently added Pargo to our website as a shipping method and had some issues with it while loading as you’ll notice on your order form that your shipping was free. Please make payment of R80.00 for your Pargo delivery"
so please explain to me how this is my problem? It is an error on your side? your website? yet I must resolve the issue? NO!! I am the customer, because of an error on your website how does this become my problem? a customers problem? My invoice said "R66.00"and no delivery fee, so I paid what I was invoiced for, which you guys then need honour!!
How is the delivery fee MORE than my actual purchase of R66.00??? this is beyond ridiculous! I asked for a refund as I am not paying R80.00 for delivery for 30 labels, her response was no problem please send banking details?? Great customer service I must say.
Yes I understand there is delivery fees when making online purchases which I would normally pay for but if it is an error on your side then you as the business should rectify this.
Absolutely shocked by this! if you can't handle running your small little business then maybe you shouldn't run it at all.
