I placed an in order on the 24th of December, and appreciate that the company was closed when the order was placed, but upon return I received an email from Tara confirming that my order will be received at the end of the following week.
I made arrangements to have the school return the stationery so that I could label it but had to make alternative arrangement as I had not received my labels from Kidico as promised.
I spoke to Miche` who assured me that my order will be cancelled and that I will receive email confirmation thereof, instead, I received an email stating that my order is complete.
I have no use for the labels and all the lady I spoke to today (who dropped the call before I could get her name), could say, is that they have a backlog in printing. She had clearly not being paying attention as I don't need them printed, I need to them cancelled.
I have not received any responses to my emails regarding the cancellation despite numerous follow ups.
