2018 Wedding at Kiepersol
We had our wedding at this venue in 2018, and the service was incredible. They did everything on our behalf, decor, cake, etc and at an affordable price. The staff was polite, and really cared for each bride. I would recommend this venue to any bride to be.

2018 Wedding at Kiepersol
We had our wedding at this venue in 2018, and the service was incredible. They did everything on our behalf, decor, cake, etc and at an affordable price. The staff was polite, and really cared for each bride. I would recommend this venue to any bride to be.

<p>ons het Sept 2015 by kiepersol getrou en tot vandag toe nie ons breakage deposit terug gekry nie en ook geen rede hoekom ons dit nie terug gekry het nie. ons het ook vir ekstra ice tea betaal by die welcome drinks wat ons nooit gekry het nie en die geld vir dit was ook nie terug betaal nie nie. ons het ook betaal vir 78 CRÈME BRULES en daar was nie eers naastenby genoeg vir al die gaste nie. die aand van die troue het my bridesmaid ook gesien hoe die staff hulleself help aan ons trou geskenke. die staff het ook tydens die troue gedrink terwyl hulle aan diens was wat vir my onaanvaarbaar is. die verblyf besprekings vir gaste was n gemors gewees hulle het double bookings gemaak en was n gesukkel om invoices te kry vir besprekings. as mens hulle probeer kontak het was daar elke keer een of ander verskoning oor hoekom hulle nie terug kom na mens toe nie (internet was af of emails het nie gewerk nie....) na die troue kon ons hulle nog glad nie in die hande kry oor die geld wat hulle moet terug betaal nie emails en oproepe word net ignoreer </p> <p> </p>

Non payment of deposit
My daughter got married at the Kiepersol wedding venue near Parys in November 2015, I was required to pay a R1000 breakage deposit which was to be paid back to myself within 2 weeks after the use of the facility. To date I have made numerous phone calls and e-mailed the venue but all I get is broken promises and excuses, things like the internet was down, email is not working, phones are broken etc. <br> To date they have promised on 2 occasions that the money will be paid into my account by the end of the week but that week never comes

Non payment of deposit

Can't make a booking
I have made numerous phone calls to Kiepersol Wedding Village, speaking to Melissa. They are constantly offline and are unable to make a booking via email. They don't want to make the reservation over the phone. They promise to phone back and send email but never reply.
